The agreement between you and Puzzle Pieces when you shop with us. Plain language, no traps.
Who we are
This website is operated by Puzzle Pieces (“we”, “us”, “our”), a modular clothing brand based in South Africa. By browsing or buying from this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

Placing an order
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. A contract only comes into being once we’ve accepted your order and sent you a confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- We spot an obvious pricing or description error
- Payment can’t be authorised
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
Card payments are processed by Yoco, a licensed South African payment provider. Your card details are entered on Yoco’s secure system and are never stored on our website.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we’ve already confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery times, costs and courier details are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — couriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control.
Returns and cancellations
Our full returns policy is on the Shipping & Returns page. In short: 14 days to return unworn items with tags, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 are unaffected.
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 you may cancel an online purchase without reason within 7 days of delivery, returning the goods at your own cost.
Product descriptions and images
Our pieces are made in small runs. We photograph every item ourselves and describe it as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and small variations in fabric, finish and measurement are part of how the pieces are made — not defects.
Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done under your login. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Our content
All photography, text, designs, graphics and the Puzzle Pieces name and logo on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
