Clothes that
change with you.
We got tired of wardrobes full of clothes with only one way to wear them. So we built the opposite.
Puzzle Pieces is South Africa’s first modular clothing label. Every garment we make is designed to come apart, join together, or be worn more than one way — so a single purchase earns its place several times over.

One piece, many outfits
Zips run around the knee of our trousers, so a full-length jogger becomes a turn-up short in seconds. Snaps run along the shoulder of our jackets, so sleeves lift away to leave a clean vest. Sets are cut so each half stands on its own.
It sounds like a gimmick until you pack for a weekend and realise you have brought four outfits in the space of two.

Pick. Swap.
Wear.
Start with a base piece you love. Add or remove the parts that make it work for the day in front of you. There is no wrong combination — that is rather the point.
Made for how South Africa dresses
Our weather cannot make up its mind, and neither should your wardrobe. Modular clothing means one layer handles the cold morning and the warm afternoon — without you carrying a second bag.
Everything is designed and made locally, in small runs, with fabric chosen to hold its shape wash after wash.
